
We keep precise records of all of our production activities covering a wide variety of information such as weights, temperatures, traceability, glass audits, training, inspection, testing, HACCP, microbiological records – and many more.
Detailed records of safe food production and controls are a UK legal requirement. These records form part of the evidence that we need to show to any outside body that we are running a professional business supplying within the requirements of the law and in accordance with the customers’ requirements.
We are also responsible for specifications of raw materials, manufacturing controls and the finished product customer specifications.
We follow up technical queries, make decisions and advise on product or processes where there is a deviation from normal circumstances, therefore ensuring that all of our products remain safe, legal and maintain high qualities. We also inspect and approve all of our raw materials from every supplier.
We are the first point of contact with our customers’ technologists, external auditors and other national bodies on food safety and quality issues.
