The health, safety and welfare of our employees is crucial to our success
Health & safety committees are active on both of our sites and we are proud that Coldwater Seafood has been recognised by ROSPA in 2010 and 2011 with the achievement of a Silver Award for our commitment to health & safety.
Every employee’s health is important to us. We aim to provide sensitive and effective support through a variety of sources in order to help our employees resolve any personal and workplace concerns or problems and difficulties that they may encounter. This ranges from providing information, advice and support as well as referrals to external services if necessary.
Coldwater Seafood has an established record of providing this support and we are committed to the continual evolution of these services. Going forwards we are looking to work together with North East Lincolnshire Council on their Healthy Workplace Award.
