 | Anita Barker - Managing Director Anita was appointed Managing Director of Coldwater Seafood UK in July 2006. She served as a Finance Director in Coldwater since March that year. Anita has 15 years experience in the food industry holding a variety of senior financial and operational roles, the most recent one as Head of Finance with Geest Ltd. Prior employers include Northern Foods, Boots Company Plc where Anita was responsible for the European Finance team and Hazlewood Foods Plc. Anita obtained her BA (Hons) degree in accounting and finance at Trent University, Nottingham and qualified as an ACA in 1984. |  | Mike Wyllie - Finance Director Mike was appointed Finance Director of Coldwater Seafood in March 2009. Prior to that he served in a variety of finance roles at Grampian Country Food Group Ltd (now Vion Food Group UK) for over ten years, culminating in Divisional Finance Director- Chicken Division. Mike previously worked as a Finance Director of Rexam Packaging and before that in a number of different food based companies for Hillsdown Food Group Ltd. Married with two grown up daughters, Mike has a BA (hons) degree in Business Studies (Finance) from the University of East London and is a qualified CIMA accountant.
|  | John Jukes - Head of Technical John was appointed Head of Technical for Coldwater Seafood in November 2006, having served as Technical Manager within the business previously. John has a number of years of Technical management experience within the Food industry with 20 years in Seafood. Prior to joining Coldwater, John was Divisional Technical Director (Seafood) for Fisher Group, and also worked for the Rahbekfisk Group A/S, Quality and Development roles at Sun Valley ( Cargill plc), and Production experience at Birds Eye Walls ( Unilever). John holds a BSc Degree in Food Science from London South Bank University.
|  | Dominic Collins - Head of Buying and New Business Development Dominic joined Coldwater Seafood in January 2007 as Head of Buying. Dominic has over 20 years experience in the UK seafood industry and he has previously worked for Cumbrian Seafood and Young’s Bluecrest. Dominic’s buying team is responsible for the procurement of all seafood, packaging and ingredients along with several key services to Coldwater. In addition, Dominic heads Coldwater’s retail commercial team looking after Asda, Morrisons, Tesco and the Co-Operative.
|  | Nick Gray - Head of Operations East Site Nick has been with Coldwater Seafood since October 2008 and is Head of Operations at the East Site. Nick has 25 years experience in manufacturing, the last 15 years at senior management level in the frozen and chilled sectors, previous employers include Birds Eye, Bernard Matthews, and Bakkavour.
|  | Sarah Blake – Head of M&S Sales & Marketing Sarah has been educated and worked in the food industry her whole career starting in National Account Management with Walkers Snack Foods working across the grocery sector. A move to Nestle UK managing the Nescafe brand in Asda Walmart opened up the opportunity to work in the Nestle Global Centre in Switzerland as part of the Sales and Marketing Strategic Business Unit driving change management and introducing best practice into the Nestle Markets at a local level. Sarah joined Coldwater Seafood in 2006 responsible for the Tesco Food business, was promoted to NAM for M&S in 2007. Sarah has just been promoted to the Executive board as Head of M&S for Coldwater Seafood UK Ltd with responsibility for sales and marketing.
|  | Lee Clark – Head of Operations West Site Lee Clark was newly appointed to Coldwater Seafood in January 2010 as the Head of Operations for the West Site. Lee has 14 years experience in the food industry during which time he has worked in a wide range of product categories. Lee has held positions at Greencore, Geest and is a prodigy of the United Biscuit graduate scheme.
