Driving and delivering innovation is the key to Coldwater’s success. Every aspect of our operations - from our business process to our outstanding seafood products – is affected by our successful innovation. We need to be constantly innovating and generating new ideas to continue our business growth. To achieve this aim, creativity needs to be a key part of our ‘day to day’ thinking and firmly embedded into our culture.  Coldwater launched over 100 new products in 2007. From our traditional Cod & Chips through to our premium Lobster Thermidor, our innovative range of retail products continues to exceed our customers’ expectations.
