Product DevelopmentOur Innovation Centre is the place where our chefs get the opportunity to use their creative skills that they gained from working in restaurants across Europe to create fashionable, flavoursome and original seafood dishes for our customers.

Our chefs research culinary ideas from both traditional and modern recipes which inspire ideas that appeal to a wide range of people. We use new and seasonal ingredients and the most up to date cooking techniques.

From working closely alongside our fish procurement experts, our chefs use sustainably sourced fish which is of excellent quality and only sourced when the fish are at their best. The fish are filleted when freshly landed by our primary processing partners to our individual specifications ensuring that all parts of the fish are utilised. Even the bones make their way into our homemade stocks which then become the ‘backbone’ of many of our recipe dishes.

The chefs also work with our ingredients specialist ensuring that we source and utilise many different herbs and vegetables from around the globe to complement our dishes and to give them genuine authenticity. This means that we can give our customers modern seafood dishes that aspire and meet restaurant standards for flavour and presentation in a convenient ready meal – which customers can easily cook and prepare in their own homes.
