We take only the largest whole tails of sustainably sourced Scottish langoustines that are caught in the north-east Atlantic Ocean and coat them in our unique crispy, golden breadcrumbs.
We source over 600 tonnes of prime lemon sole fillets every year from the Netherlands, Iceland, Scotland and the south coast of England. None of our lemon sole is caught from using beam trawlers.
Did you know that plaice can live for up to 50 years and weigh up to 7kg? Plaice are available all year but are best avoided in the summer months. All of our plaice is caught in the north-east Atlantic Ocean and mainly processed in the UK and the Netherlands.
Our smoked haddock and Davidstow Cheddar fish cakes are made with our unique recipe. We blend smoked haddock fillet with real mashed potato and a cheddar cheese sauce and then coat them in golden crispy breadcrumbs.
